At Arabica Coffee House we are more than passionate about our fine coffee. It’s in our culture and who we are and we want to share our enthusiasm for coffee. This would not be possible without our knowledgeable and talented team behind the counter. We believe our crew plays a vital role in creating a coffee experience that our guests have come to know and love.
At Arabica Coffee House we’re always on the lookout for passionate, outgoing people with the ability to talk passionately to our customers about our products and who are willing to provide exceptional customer experiences while having fun along the way.
We offer full time, part time and casual roles within our national store network. Roles include Crew Members, Baristas through to Supervisors & Store Management, Cleaners , Delivery Drivers and Kitchen staff. We will provide you with the training you need to get started and work with you to develop your skill set as you move through our Arabica Coffee House Training Program.
The majority of our stores operate 7 days a week. Successful applicants may be required to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
All Arabica Coffee shops are independently owned and operated. Job applications will be directed to the specific independent shop selected and applicants, if hired, will be an employee of that shop’s owner. The specific duties and responsibilities of any employee will be defined by the independent shop owner.
